The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement (under FAR authority 6.302) to Eclipse Group Research Vessel, (RV) BOLD HORRIZON, moored at 10th Ave Marine Terminal 1800 Crosby Rd. San Diego, CA 92101. Class Number: 1265983, IMO Number: 7723821, MMSI: 303273000. Contract a US flagged survey vessel moored at a secured facility with limited access to the public for pier side shipboard Hook & Climb. Close Quarter Combat Tactics, Tactical Combat Causality Care (TCCC), and Chemical Biological Radiological and Explosive (CBRNE) training for MSRT West in San Diego, CA. Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for more details. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, however all responsible sources who believe they can meet all of the requirements may submit a capability statement that demonstrates clear and convincing evidence of capability, addressing the points identified above.
