Contract a US flagged survey vessel moored at a secured facility with limited access to the public for pier side shipboard Hook & Climb . Close Quarter Combat Tactics , Tactical Combat Causality Care ( TCCC ), and Chemical Biological Radiological and Explosive ( CBRNE ) training for MSRT West in San Diego , CA .
