Description
Description | The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor , materials , equipment , and incidentals necessary to improve the existing Veterans Memorial Monument located at Bucklin Park , Parcel Number 052 - 515 - 003 , for the City of El Centro , California , in accordance with the approved plans , specifications , and contract documents . The project generally includes , but is not limited to , demolition of existing improvements ; removal and replacement of existing retaining walls , including associated concrete footings ; installation of concrete flatwork , curbs , and concrete pavers ; installation of site amenities including benches and trash receptacles ; electrical and lighting improvements ; landscaping and irrigation adjustments ; grading ; and all related appurtenant work required to complete the project as shown on the plans and specifications . The Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating all trades , sequencing the work , maintaining site safety , protecting existing improvements to remain , and restoring disturbed areas to a complete and finished condition . |
