This RFI is issued for market research and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract . Responses to this RFI should be submitted electronically to Nina Montgomery ; nina . montgomery @ fda . hhs . gov no later than March 10 , 2026 at 10 : 00AM ( EST ). Please reference the RFI number in the subject line . |
