2 . 1 . Provide full support routine and preventative maintenance including repairs , labor , travel , and parts to the instrument and instrument specific software maintained to factory specifications through repair or replacement . 2 . 2 . Provide quality maintenance that demonstrates consistency , reliability , and availability of service work at all times . 2 . 3 . All maintenance shall be guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship or Contractor shall provide service to correct any defects in workmanship without additional cost to the Laboratory . 2 . 4 . Provide factory certification every time the instrument is repaired and / or maintenance is performed . 2 . 5 . Provide quality parts that demonstrate consistency , reliability and availability at all times . 2 . 6 . All parts shall be guaranteed to be free of defects or Contractor shall provide replacement without additional cost to the Laboratory . 2 . 7 . Provide warranty on all replacement parts in accordance with current industry standards . 2 . 8 . Guarantee all manufacturer replacement parts that fail will be replaced promptly at no additional cost to the Laboratory . 2 . 9 . Provide cost discounted on new equipment . 2 . 10 . Provide cost discounted consumables and supplies . Please note : This is a Sole Source Notification .
