The awarded contractor will be responsible for providing labor to remove ceiling mounted projector . The screen will remain in the ceiling soffit . The contractor will be responsible for removing the Cisco video bar . The contractor will install all the items listed above in the contractor provided and CNE provided list . Contractor will be responsible for wiring all devices . The awarded contractor will supply any ladders needed . The QSYS Design file must be 100 %, before installation takes place . CNE IT / AV will provide all IP addresses needed and the naming convention for all devices . The contractor will be responsible for setting up and configuring all devices ahead of time . CNE will determine which QSYS Designer version will be used .
