This ability enhances the quality of Veteran’s life by being able to participate in normal activities, i.e. reading newspapers, books, writing checks etc. The Government seeks to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a period of performance one (1) year base and four (4), one (1) year options. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The government will only establish an award with the Offeror that meets all requirements of the solicitation. The award resulting from this solicitation will be made based on the best overall proposal that is determined to be the most beneficial to the Government (i.e., best value).
