Task 2 : Envisioning the Future ( 50 %) • Schematic streetscape alternatives via consultant team . • Conceptual site redevelopment plans via consultant team . • Steering committee visioning sessions . • Meetings with state agencies . • Second public workshop . • Minimum of three ( 3 ) Conceptual designs for streetscape and public space concepts in plan and section with material options ; evaluation matrix for alternatives . • Minimum of three ( 3 ) Conceptual site redevelopment plans including resilience factors ; results of brownfield and market screening . • Meeting materials , facilitated discussion , meeting notes . • Facilitated workshop and PowerPoint presentation for meeting with state agencies . • Meeting flyer and notice ; online public survey ; facilitated visioning session and session materials ; summary report of visioning session feedback Task 3 : Making it happen ( 15 %) • Implementation plan • Final presentation • Master Plan report • Draft cost estimates and implementation plan . • Plan presentation , meeting notes in digital format . • Draft and final master plan documents .
