The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility ( PHNSY & IMF ) is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to seek eligible contractors who are interested and capable of providing technical services to the Shipyard for repair of the Ship ’ s Service Turbine Generators ( SSTG ) on board a Virginia - class submarine . Additional details and specification can be found in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work . The applicable North American Industry Classification System ( NAICS ) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 – Ship Building and Repairing . The Product Service Code ( PSC ) is J020 - Maintenance , Repair , and Rebuilding of Equipment - Ship and Marine Equipment . This is not a solicitation .
