Description | Charlestown Township is requesting proposals for tree removal services on the Township owned property known as the Volpe Tract . The tree removal is for the development area for the Volpe Tract Infiltration Basin which is part of the Township MS4 program . The property is located at 3017 Phoenixville Pike , Malvern , PA 19355 . The limits of the tree removal and the required erosion & sedimentation control facilities is shown on the Tree Removal Erosion Control Plan , Figure 1 , dated 12 / 16 / 2026 . The work will consist of clearing , grubbing , and the removal of all trees , stumps , brush , and logs from the property . All disturbed areas shall be seeded and mulched . All bids shall provide all required machinery , labor , and expertise to perform the required work . |
