Description | a . The contractor shall provide NHVR with a rate structure based on the Rate - Setting Methodology Guide ( Appendix C ). b . The vendor must show how the content was developed , including resource details , approach and or methodologies that were utilized , which includes , but is not limited to , explanation of chosen methodology , explanation of rejected methodologies , documentation of raw data sources , documentation of analytic tools used , and market comparison tables . c . The contractor shall provide NHVR with a minimum of thirty ( 30 ) hours of remote consultation and technical assistance , at no additional cost to the Agency , during the six ( 6 ) months following publication of the Fee Schedule . This support shall include : at least one ( 1 ) virtual training session for VRNH staff , and one ( 1 ) virtual training session for providers ( CRPs and vendors ). d . Independent from VRNH , the contractor must develop the methodology and recommendations but will coordinate with VRNH leadership and fiscal staff for data access , clarification , and stakeholder engagement . |
