Openbaar Onderwijs Groningen wenst leermiddelen in te kopen voor de schooljaren 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029 en 2029-2030 en daartoe middels een onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande aankondiging met diverse uitgevers raamovereenkomsten te sluiten. De netto opdrachtwaarde voor Leermiddelen VO was de afgelopen drie jaren gemiddeld, circa: € 1.650.000,00 exclusief BTW per jaar. Aan de voorgaande indicatie kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend. De indicatie dient louter om een globaal beeld te geven van de omvang. Zie voor een onderbouwing van de gekozen procedure de bijgevoegde Motivatie.
