The primary requirement outlined in the Statement of Work involves the comprehensive paint restoration of two static display aircraft --an Avro Vulcan and a KC-97 --located at the Barksdale Global Power Museum. The central objectives of this mission are to apply new paint and conduct minor repairs to stabilize the airframes, specifically targeting the mitigation of water intrusion and subsequent corrosion.
