The system must be browser - based , requiring no software installation , and accessible via mobile and desktop devices to ensure ease of use for all stakeholders . Additionally , the procurement shall include a one - time implementation component consisting of system setup , integration with existing City systems ( where applicable ), configuration , and comprehensive training for City staff .
