The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure at least two Indefinite Delivery , Indefinite Quantity contracts for Fabrication for the Huntington Districts Structural Operating Equipment . The fabrication required under this contract may include , but is not limited to welding , fabricating items in accordance with drawings and specifications , cutting and drilling rubber seals , bolting members together , sandblasting and painting . The contract period ( s ) will be for a one - year base period with up to four additional one - year option periods . The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract for an amount not - to - exceed $ 9 , 000 , 000 . 00 which includes the total capacity for all combined awarded contracts . A guaranteed amount of $ 8 , 000 will be issued for each contract .
