William Angliss institute is looking for a comparative quotation to Appoint Project Manager for the refurbishment Level 3 Building D and concept development of Providore and Gastronomy Centre. The Institute has been successful in receiving funding for the refurbishment of Level 3 Building D including upgrading the mechanical services of the building. This area is underutilised, in particular the restaurant section and the kitchens were originally designed as production kitchens which are now being used as a unit kitchen and a Patisserie kitchen. This project is to refurbish to two (Asian and European kitchens) and convert the balance of the space to provide kitchen laboratories and other food production or testing spaces not able to be accommodated in other areas of the Institute. The space is to include the north facing outdoor area on level 3. It is also proposed to further develop the concept for for Food Science and Gastronomy Centre located on the Ground floor and Level 1 of Building D North. This will allow the Institute to continue to pursue funding for these areas.
