Waitī Waters Limited is a newly formed water services company, established by four Wairarapa and Tararua councils, in partnership with Rangitāne and Ngāti Kahungunu:• South Wairarapa District Council• Masterton District Council• Carterton District Council• Tararua District Council.Waitī Waters has been created under the Government's Local Water Done Well reform to deliver drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater services across the shareholding councils' service areas. It is a greenfield organisation and currently has no IT infrastructure of its own. Waitī Waters will become fully operational as a water services provider on Day One. Getting the right technology foundation in place, on time and without disruption, is critical to a successful launch.We are looking for one or more suppliers to provide finance, asset, customer and billing solutions and related services, including solution establishment and ongoing services to Waitī Waters in readiness for operational go-live on 1 July 2027 (Day One) and beyond.
