Description | This procurement is for the replacement of the ageing central heating plant atWakari Hospital (371 Taieri Road Dunedin 9010) with a complete, safe, compliant and operational heating anddomestic hot water system. The successful supplier will be responsible for theinvestigation, design, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning,training and handover of a reliable and efficient replacement system thatmaintains essential services within a live healthcare environment.This is an opportunity to deliver a critical infrastructure upgrade for a livehealthcare campus, replacing ageing boiler plant with a reliable, efficient andlower-emissions heating and domestic hot water system. The project is suited tocontractors who can bring strong design, delivery, controls integration andcommissioning expertise, and demonstrate how their solution will improveresilience, reduce operating costs, support decarbonisation, and maintain safehospital operations for the long term. |
