This base bid will consist of patching and painting all the interior walls and hard ceilings , doors and frames in the following types of areas , RHC Apartments , corridors , dorm rooms , closets , vestibules , storage rooms , lobbies , etc . of Walter Hall . Caulk as required to achieve professional finish . Wall colors are to be SW 7006 extra white with a satin finish , trim paint should be SW 7076 cyberspace with a semi - gloss finish , and the ceilings should be painted with SW 7006 extra white with a flat finish . The product used for each of these colors shall be Sherwin Williams SuperPaint . The work shall include all necessary preparation of the walls , manipulation and protection of the furniture , floors , windows , window treatment , receptacles , lights , etc . from patching compound , sanding dust , roller splatter or overspray . The interior wood doors will need to be painted with a specific process . The selected contractor will need to patch any chips or gouges in doors , the doors and frames will need to be scuff sanded , then repainted will Emerald Urethane ( Semi - Gloss 7076 Cyberspace ) The selected contractor will be responsible for the removing and reinstalling of all window shades / blinds . Photo documentation will need to be sent to EKU Project Manager before beginning work in room or removal of all window shades to document existing conditions ...
