Description | Electrical Trades Contractor will maintain power , low voltage , data , etc . during the course of construction . It is critical to maintain these services during normal school hours . Electrical Contractor to coordinate with Construction Manager any shut - downs in any service in order to complete the work . 11 . Electrical Trades Contractor will provide removal and disposal of materials for installation of new site electrical and high / low voltage . Remove all demolition materials from the site . Excess excavation spoils deemed not appropriate for general fill are to be removed to a class III landfill . 12 . Electrical Trades Contractor shall provide all excavation , backfill , aggregate base , concrete and AC patching , conduits , pull boxes , vaults , for high voltage and low voltage systems . All excess excavation spoils deemed not appropriate for general fill , are to be removed to a class III landfill . 13 . Electrical Trades Contractor will provide and install breakers , panels , subpanels , and conductors for high voltage . 14 . Electrical Trades Contractor will provide and install the infrastructure for the IDF cabinet and patch panels including the home run fiber optic and copper to the pullboxes and terminate to the IDF room as per plans . Cabinet , patch panels , Data Communication switches / rotor equipment for the IDF will be provided by the District . |
