Description | Basic Requirements / Specifications : Contractor shall be required to pick up waste tires at the Hall County Landfill , 1700 Oakbrook Drive , Gainesville , GA . 30507 . Pick - ups will be performed on a once - a - month minimum basis . When requested by Landfill staff , additional pick - ups will be made within two ( 2 ) days of notification . All sizes of tires will be involved . Vendor will be required to provide a tractor - trailer container for tire collection . Container shall have a top and closeable door ( s ). A tractor - trailer truck is preferred to allow for rapid removal and replacement . The size of the trailer shall be NO smaller than a 40 ’ unit . |
