Vendors may log in to view specification and submit for each proposal.This contract will begin July 1, 2026 for one year with the option of four (4) one year renewals.Splendora ISD is soliciting proposals for a turnkey operator to manage the High School WWTP, District Water Wells, and various campus lift stations (including Piney Woods Elementary and the Ag Barn). This is an all-inclusive contract requiring the vendor to provide all labor, supervision, chemicals, laboratory sampling, and professional engineering services for the 2029 permit renewal.Pre Bid Site Walk Through ~ May 6, 2026 @ 9am.
