Add Alternative 1 work involves replacing approximately 5 , 212 ’ of sanitary sewer main in Basin 3B in and around Downtown Lewiston ( 13th to 21st St ) by means of open trench and by pipe bursting . This work also includes the work associated with sewer main replacement such as reconnecting sewer services , surface restorations , manhole replacements , by - pass pumping , traffic control , etc . |
