Description | The Southwest Environmental Finance Center ( SWEFC ) is seeking qualified firms to provide a variety of engineering services for water and wastewater systems , including , but not limited to : 1 . Engineering evaluations 2 . Preliminary engineering reports ( PERs ) 3 . Environmental planning , assessment , or reports 4 . Simple cost estimating 5 . Assistance with asset condition assessment , asset mapping , and asset replacement costs 6 . Some construction management to support the borrower . This may include bid support , change order reviews , limited project inspection , advice to systems on how to do construction inspection , and federal requirement assistance , such as Davis Bacon and domestic preference ( Build America Buy America ( BABA )). |
