Arrangement : Front accessible only ( not rear accessible ), rear aligned . 4 . Gutter Access : Bolted covers . E . Service Conditions : 1 . Provide switchboards and associated components suitable for operation under the following service conditions without derating : a . Altitude : Less than 6 , 600 feet . b .
