WaterFirst Program Support • Plan and conduct two WaterFirst workshops : o One for existing WaterFirst communities o One for communities interested in applying to the program • Update and enhance the WaterFirst Program by : o Recruiting and facilitating a task force to guide program updates o Creating a WaterFirst application guidance document o Creating a WaterFirst social media toolkit o Developing and launching a WaterFirst Mentor Program to foster peer - to - peer learning and collaboration 2 . Stormwater Outreach • Plan and implement one in - person workshop and one webinar to achieve the following goals : o Increase the number of stormwater and nonpoint source pollution project applications submitted to GEFA o Provide case studies and best practices on how communities have developed and implemented a dedicated stormwater funding mechanism o Maximize participation in the Stormwater Infrastructure Needs Survey o Support the launch and promotion of the Stormwater Rates Dashboard 3 . GEFA Affordability Scoring Tool • Provide ongoing technical and analytical support to GEFA in the use , interpretation , and application of the affordability scoring tool |
