Description | The Town of LaSalle , Colorado , isrequesting proposalsfor development of a reconnaissance level feasibility study and cost estimate for a minimum 36 - acre - footstorage reservoir to be sited east of the Town ’ s existing sanitary lagoons . Proposers shall be professional firms specializing in civil engineering and water resources with a focus on surface water reservoirs . Engineers should be licensed by the Colorado State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors ( Board ) and shall be licensed by the Board prior to submitting their proposal . Firms shall be registered with the Colorado Secretary of State to do business in Colorado , including out - of - state business entities . Firms not meeting these requirements will be basis for proposal rejection . |
