Description | Required professional services will include but are not limited to preliminary engineering services , design - and construction - related services , preparation of bidding and contract documents , participation in the evaluation of bids received , and monitoring and inspection of construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications associated for Town of Woodstock Water System Improvements . This work generally includes the design , permitting , and construction of : ( 1 ) a new water supply well located near an existing supply well at 769 Barnard Road in Woodstock ; and ( 2 ) a new 12 - inch water transmission main extending from the existing storage tank east along Cox District Road , then along Route 4 to the bridge over the Ottauquechee River . |
