Description | The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor , materials and equipment necessary to construct the proposed Water System Improvements as shown on the construction drawings . In general , construction consists of improvements to the water system and it ’ s divided into two phases . Phase 1 includes the replacement of +/- 4 , 280 L . F . of pipeline , as well as retrofitting or replacing approximately +/- 422 existing water meters and installation of transmitters and collectors ; Hardware , software , and training for Automated Meter Infrastructure ( AMI ) with GEFA - funded improvements , while Phase 2 consists of the replacement of +/- 8 , 969 L . F . of pipeline with CDBG - funded improvements , and all associated measures for the complete project . |
