Description | Your firm is invited to submit a Proposal to perform a interior / exterior inspection of the City ’ s Water Treatment Plant # 3 , 2 . 5 Million Gallon Ground Storage Water Tank , provide detailed specifications for biding of the repair and repainting work of this structure , and provide all inspections and construction management of the project . The engineering services will be broken down into two phases : Phase 1 : Interior / Exterior inspection of water tank , creating Bid documents , bidding project , and recommending contractor award . Phase 2 : Inspection / construction management of contractors work . This will include any required modifications , welding , sandblasting and painting of the tower as well as final inspection . |
