In general , this contract will address the water treatment services for all of Rowan University ’ s boiler feed water , tower condenser water , closed loop chilled water , hot water , dual temp and reheat closed loop systems as well as reverse osmosis systems where applicable . This contract will include water treatment services at the Rowan Glassboro Main Campus , Rowan - Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford , NJ , West Campus properties , Cooper Medical School of Rowan University in Camden , NJ , and Camden Academic Bank Building in Camden , NJ . In addition , this contract will provide weekly system performance reporting using the data collected from automatic controller at cooling towers , perform on - site monthly service visits at a minimum to ensure the program is working properly and the equipment is calibrated . Annually , arrange a review with the designated Rowan contact to recap what has been accomplished and what needs to be revised or addressed . Specifications : A . Goals of the Program : Glassboro Campus 1 . Minimize corrosion , fouling and biological growth , thereby optimizing water and energy use and minimizing maintenance and equipment replacement . 2 . Monitor program results and make appropriate recommendations and corrective action plans . 3 . Train plant personnel on the implementation and control of the program . 4 . Utilize state of the art water treatment programs at competitive prices . 5 . Frequently initiate discussions with plant personnel to find out if any deviations in normal plant operating conditions have occurred . 6 . Actively participate in a partnership with the Rowan Facilities Department focusing on exceptional campus - wide water quality for all designated equipment and piping distribution systems ...
