Live Pheasant Delivery Requirements : All Adult pheasants ( Rooster ) will be delivered between the business hours of 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM ( PST ), during the specified dates above . Alternative times can be scheduled with WDFW , but transfer of ownership does not occur until staff position . The vendor must confirm the delivery date and locations for adult roosters with the WDFW point of contact at least 3 business days before , as well as 3 hours prior to the scheduled delivery . The point of contact information will be provided after the bid is awarded . Pheasant must be delivered according to the schedule listed below . If there are any circumstances that inhibit the vendor ’ s ability to deliver the pheasants by these specified dates the vendor must coordinate and get approval from the WDFW point of contact beforehand . No weekend deliveries will be permitted . Communication and specific addresses will be provided by contract POC upon award ); Adult Roosters must be delivered according to the schedule below . John ; Walla Walla Game Farm ; Spokane Regional Office ; Wenatchee ; Columbia Basin WLA ; Ellensburg ; Sunnyside ; Pasco ; Goldendale
