SPECIFICATIONS QTY UNIT UNIT PRICE TOTAL PRICE As per specifications listed below : Vertical Turbine Pumps 3 EA $ $ PROJECT OVERVIEW THE WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND WILDLIFE ( WDFW ) IS SEEKING THE PROCUREMENT , FABRICATION , SUPPLY , AND DELIVERY OF THREE ( 3 ) VERTICAL TURBINE PUMP SYSTEMS FOR INSTALLATION AT THE SOL DUC HATCHERY ( WDFW TO INSTALL ). ALL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS OUTLINED IN THIS RFQ AND SHALL CONSTITUTE COMPLETE , FULLY OPERABLE SYSTEMS INCLUDING MOTORS , APPURTENANCES , AND REQUIRED ACCESSORIES . DELIVERY SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH WDFW STAFF AND COMPLETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROJECT REQUIREMENTS . PURPOSE THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROCUREMENT IS TO REPLACE EXISTING INTAKE PUMPS AT THE SOL DUC HATCHERY WHICH HAVE EXCEEDED THEIR USEFUL SERVICE LIFE . WDFW REQUIRES RELIABLE , INDUSTRIAL - GRADE VERTICAL TURBINE PUMP SYSTEMS CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING CONTINUOUS HATCHERY OPERATIONS AND MEETING ALL PERFORMANCE AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS SPECIFIED IN THIS RFQ . Item Description Check If as Specified Describe Fully If Not as Specified 1 General Requirements : 1 . 01 Scope : Provide three vertical turbine pumps and drives with associated appurtenances , complete and operable . 1 . 02 Submittals : Provide to the Owner within two weeks after Notice to Proceed . a . Shop drawings : Certified performance curves , factory tested . Dimensions in assembly drawings showing column lengths , shaft configuration , and component arrangement . Complete torsional study per American Water Works Association A101 - 60 . Critical speed analysis of the line shaft system . Shaft diameter , material , coupling configuration , and bearing spacing as determined by the analyses . Supporting calculations and assumptions used in the design . Coating systems and certifications ( NSF 61 required ). b . Pump performance information : Data curves must show : Best Efficiency Point ( BEP ), Preferred Operating Range ( POR ), Net Positive Suction Head ( NPSHr ), overall efficiency , head capacity , horsepower demand , and minimum submergence required at the design flow conditions and the maximum and minimum flow conditions . Must demonstrate ≥ 82 % efficiency at duty point . c . Assembly and Installation Drawings : Include shipping weights , shaft size , seal , coupling , bearings , anchor bolt plan , part nomenclature , material list , outline dimensions , motor terminal connection box size , assembly and support requirements . d . Certified factory test data : Must provide per ANSI / HIstandards before shipment of equipment . e . Submittals that do not include the required torsional and critical speed analyses will be considered non - responsive .
