Services to be Provided 1 . Access to a web - based developmental , strengths - based assessment that is evidence - based , available to the help individuals , managers , and teams identify and understand their talents and strengths to maximize potential and performance . 2 . Web access to a strengths - based report , listing talents or traits specific to the participant , how to use those talents or traits effectively , and how this talent or trait may be a hinderance . 3 . Web - based platform allowing for self - paced learning and development post - report . 4 . A web - based platform that may be used for DCF staff , DCF clients , and contractors , which integrates individual insights , action planning , and learning resources . The platform will maintain the individual assessments for up to ten years , including data backup and data recovery , and be readily available to DCF Organizational Development . 5 . Web - based platform that allows participants with different learning styles to explore resources such as articles , descriptive explanations and activities for understanding the talents and traits held by others . 6 . Web - based platform that allows for action plans to be created and monitored for individuals and teams . 7 . Web - based platform that allows multiple users ( minimum of thirteen seats ) to have access to backend system administration , including ability to manage participant accounts and troubleshooting . 8 . Web - based and live technical support for the web - based platform . 9 . Management & Leadership Development : In - person or virtual training courses and / or consulting to equip managers , leaders , and coaches with the skills to coach their teams for higher engagement and productivity . 10 .
