1 . The Contractor shall migrate existing CalSTRS . com content from the current CMS and hosting location , if applicable . 2 . The website must adhere to the CalSTRS Web Standards & Guidelines , including but not limited to : • CalSTRS Web Browser Standard ( Exhibit L ) • CalSTRS Brand Standard ( Exhibit M ) • CalSTRS Web Application Security Standard ( Exhibit N ) • CalSTRS Information Security Project Standards ( Exhibit O ) • Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act • California Government Code §§ 7405 and 11135 • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ( WCAG ) 2 . 2 Level AA or the most current published version 3 . The website shall be compatible with all major mobile devices , including iPhones , iPads , and Android - based smartphones and tablets . 4 . The website shall be compatible with the browsers listed in the current CalSTRS Web Browser Standard ( Exhibit L ). 5 . The Contractor shall maintain or improve the following website features : • A site search function that allows public users to search for specific content across the entire site structure . The search function must include a mechanism for the webmaster to weight or prioritize search results ( e . g ., by most recent or most viewed ). • The ability to deliver different content to different visitors based on selfreported characteristics ( e . g ., member , employer , stakeholder ). • Support for video - on - demand by embedding externally hosted videos ( e . g ., YouTube ). • The ability to host links to live video streams . • Integration via API or web services with GovDelivery ( or another major mass email vendor ), Resources . CalSTRS . com , and Forms . CalSTRS . com . • Web 2 . 0 community features .
