Description | Idaho Falls Power ( IFP ) hereby solicits Statements of Qualifications ( SOQs ) from qualified firms interested in providing professional power - related engineering services associated with WECC compliance testing and technical apparatus support . This solicitation is issued pursuant to Idaho Code § 67 - 2320 ( 2 ) ( h )–( i ). SOQs will be evaluated by IFP personnel , and one ( 1 ) firm will be selected as the most qualified respondent . IFP anticipates entering into a professional services agreement with the selected firm for the current WECC testing cycle , with optional renewal for subsequent testing cycles , subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement |
