Description | The City of Mesa is soliciting Request for Proposal ( RFP ) responses from qualified and experienced Contractors to provide welding inspection services to include services for pipeline welder certification and to meet Federal guidelines for welded pipe distributing natural gas . Qualified Contractors shall also be able to provide field x - ray services of welds performed on high pressure gas pipe per City Operation and Maintenance Procedures ( General Welding Procedures ), see Attachment C . |
