<b><i>Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s <a href="https://ec.europa.eu/docsroom/documents/40287" target="_blank">intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. </a> </i></b><br></br>This call is a follow up to action the council conclusions on well-being in digital education (https://www.consilium.europa.eu/media/60391/st14982-en22.pdf). Well being in digital education is an emerging policy field and it is expected to have high policy impact at European level and beyond. The objective of the study is to provide research evidence on the needs of well-being in Digital Education in Member States which: a) will inform policy making and research b) will provide practical instruments to the education stakeholders empowering them to promote well-being in Digital Education. The study is expected to involve Policy makers in all member states and Ed-tech designers with support from DG-EAC and JRC, parents, , School leaders teachers and students across educational levels (primary, secondary and VET). The expected study outputs are: 1.An evidence based study on the state of play of well-being needs in digital education environments in the MS (literature Review and field study) in order to identify what works, for whom, why and what does not work. 2. Effective practices which can be employed by the education community. 3. A set of key considerations and guiding principles which will inform a school model that promotes well-being in digital education Estimated duration of the study 17 months
