Rehabilitation project of the West Beaver Creek Boulevard Bridge over the Eagle River , between the 900 and 1000 blocks of West Beaver Creek Boulevard in Avon , CO . This work includes removal and repair of damaged concrete deck sections , placement of polyester concrete thin bonded overlay , replacement of pedestrian rail , adding bikeway rail , repair of traffic rail and abutment spalls , sealing joints , retrofitting light pole connection , remove debris from beam seats , asphalt paving of approaches , and restriping . The project also includes minor drainage improvement by replacing the curb and gutter on the southeast partof the approach . An EEO - 1 Report must be submitted to the Joint Reporting Committee if the contractor and subcontractors meet the eligibility requirements ( 29 CFR 1602 . 7 ).
