Bids shall include the price of demolition and disposal of the existing kitchen . Including ; ceiling , walls , electrical , water heater , washer / dryer , shelving , cabinetry , appliances . Bids shall include the price of remodeling the kitchen with an already approved plan . Installation of new kitchen appliances , installation of lighting , heating and cooling , installation of water heater , electrical , door seals , ceiling tiles , washer / dryer . Painting the kitchen and storage rooms . Bids shall include the price of demolition and disposal of the cafeteria flooring , ceiling , lighting , heating units , wall boxes , water damaged walls / floors . Bids shall include the price of remodeling the cafeteria . Installation of ceiling , ceiling lighting , cafeteria flooring , installation of wall unit tables and benches , heating / cooling , repairing or replacing the walls , remodeling the stage wood wall . Bids shall include the price of trenching of the Northern and Eastern portion of the cafeteria side of the building . Bids shall include the price of removal of old lockers , remodeling that space by creating a doorway in the locker hallway , closing off a bathroom shower and installing a washer / dryer unit in the approved area of the shower location . Demolition / remodeling debris shall be disposed of away from site in approved areas at the Bidder ’ s expense . The Contractor shall ensure the site is free from all hazards and take appropriate precautions as deemed necessary to ensure the safety of students , staff and area residents throughout the course of this project .
