Description | This project consists of installing improvements to the City ’ s water facilities , including approximately 1 , 700 linear feet of 8 inch and 12 inch diameter Class 52 ductile iron water main , seven ( 7 ) gate valves , four ( 4 ) fire hydrants , one ( 1 ) combination air release / air vacuum valve , twenty - seven ( 27 ) water connection services , pressure reducing valve ( PRV ) assembly , approximately 6 , 900 square yards of pavement planing , 1 , 000 tons of HMA for pavement repair , 800 tons of HMA for prelevel and overlay paving , six ( 6 ) curb ramp replacements , and twenty ( 20 ) linear feet of sewer lateral pipe replacement . This work includes minor restoration of concrete traffic curb and gutter , concrete sidewalk and landscaping , traffic control , signing , striping , erosion control and other work , all in accordance with Contract Plans , Contract Provisions , and the 2025 WSDOT / APWA Standard Specifications for Road , Bridge , and Municipal Construction . |
