Description | The Queensland Parliamentary Service is calling for tender submissions to complete the relocation and fitout of the Whitsunday Electorate Office. The Whitsunday Electorate Office will be relocating to 16 Main St, Proserpine. The project includes and is not limited to certified design, demolition, construction of internal partition walls, electrical works, mechanical services works, hydraulic services works, joinery, flooring, glazing, access control & security hardware installation, removal and relocation of office furniture, equipment and items, supply and installation of FF&E, final finishes, certification, and provision of a full suite of as-built and O&M documentation. A number of documents must be read in conjunction with this tender document. See Files attached. The briefing session will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday 11 February 2026 at 16 Main Street, Proserpine. Please ensure your company registers their interest to attend the Principal Contact. |
