The documentation set will be shared within 1-3 business days, via the UNGM website (Correspondence tab), after the assessment of the received Intention to Bid documentation package conducted in compliance with the details outlined in 4.2 Intention to Bid.WHO will organize an on-site visit to provide potential bidders with the opportunity to inspect the premises, assess the current conditions, and review the existing audiovisual (AV) equipment. Please note that participating in the site visit and submitting an intention to bid are mandatory requirements to submit a proposal to this RFP. Only those suppliers will be invited to the site visit that passed the pre-screening conducted based on the Annex 7 - Pre-Screening Form and other submitted documents with together with the Intention to Bid. Invitation will be shared latest one day before the site visit.The dates related to Intention to Bid, Site Visit, Questions and Submission of Proposals are detailed in the attached RFP document unless otherwise indicated above.IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) using the WHO electronic tendering portal, via the UNGM portal.
