Description | The U.S. Embassy London has a current and ongoing requirement for window treatment services at various Government properties. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on an initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for AwardManagement) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please find the solicitation and supporting documentations attached and review thoroughly before submitting your offer. Offers must be submitted by May 11, 2026, 5:00 p.m. BST to Procurement_box6@state.gov with the subject "Window Treatment Services - 19UK5626Q0016". Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to Procurement_box6@state.gov by COB April 10, 2026. All questions will be compiled and anonymized with answers and posted to SAM. |
