Performed Semi - Annually – Schedule TBD . * Please note * – Cherokee Tower has no Anchoring system , please keep this in mind when bidding . Bid Details : Flat Rate Fee for : Cleaning of Windows ( outside only ) of all glass above 1st floor in 3 hotel towers . Hard Rock Tower – 19 Floors Cherokee Tower – 7 Floors Suite Tower – 10 Floors Carvers on 19 – outside windows on floor 19 EDR Windows – 2nd Floor of Hard Rock Tower Also , an hourly rate for specialty projects that may arise throughout the year . All questions must be in Writing , and the Bid received by the Due Date and Time , No Exceptions . A Certificate of Insurance must be on file for the awarded vendor before work can begin . |
