Description | This project airms to resolve groundwater infiltration concerns within a 10 , 000 gallon cistern . The cistern collects grey water that flows from the maintenance bay floor drains , passing through a Sand / Oil Separator Structure before entering the tank . The concrete surrounding the top of the tank risers is designated for removal and replacement , with new inserts specified in the bid plans . The objective is to complete this work prior to Winter 2026 . Tentative Dates are as follows : Notice of Award : March 18 , 2026Notice to Proceed : June 30 , 2026Substantial Completion Date : August 26 , 2026Final Completion Date : September 9 , 2026Please review , complete , and submit the following attachments : Section A , B , C , D , E , and F . IF AWARDED this bid , you must be able to fulfill the requirements listed in attachments Section G , H , I , J , K , L , M , and NPre - bid meeting by appointment only .
