Description | Auburn University is seeking proposals for a 2 . 6 - acre ground lease or collaborate with the University on property owned by Auburn University located in Auburn , Alabama . Auburn University is seeking proposals for a 2 . 6 - acre ground lease or collaborate with the University on property owned by Auburn University located in Auburn , Alabama . 1 ) Lessor shall lease , subject to AU Board of Trustee approval , the property to Lessee , for a period not to exceed fifty ( 50 ) years , for the rentals and term , and subject to the reservations and conditions hereinafter negotiated in a lease agreement “ Lease Agreement ”, the exclusive right and privilege to use or build and for no other purpose on the following described tract or parcel of land situated in City of Auburn , Lee County , Alabama . 2 ) The Lessee shall describe its plan and intent to use property . 3 ) The Lessee shall state the annual lease rate and annual escalation rate for the agreement . The 2 . 6 - acres belonging to Auburn University is located on Wire Road in Auburn , AL and is North of Shug Jordan Parkway and South of Lem Morrison Drive . Property is on the west side of Wire Road across from the Recreational Fields . |
