Naval Health Research Center (NHRC), San Diego, CA, intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with INTERNATIONAL FABRIC MACHINES INC., Cambridge, MA. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). Item/Service Description: Item 1. 8 EA, Wireless Frostbite Monitoring System: Socks (pairs). Item 2. 8 EA, Wireless Frostbite Monitoring System: Gloves (pairs). Item 3. 2 EA, Wireless Frostbite Monitoring System: Custom RF reader with battery cord. Item 4. 4 EA, Wireless Frostbite Monitoring System: Cold resistant battery. Item 5. 2 EA, Cold resistant Android phone programmed with the Frostbite Monitoring app. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and have fully completed FAR and DFARS representations and certifications. Reference N6311626Q0508 on submissions and include Company Name, Full Address, CAGE Code and Point of Contact information including Name, Phone Number and E-Mail address. |
