Description | De gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel zoekt een of meer ondernemers voor woningaanpassingen, elektrische deuraandrijvingen, trapliften en andersoortige liften bij Capellenaren. Het gaat om het leveren, installeren, onderhouden, herverstrekken en weer verwijderen ervan. Dit gebeurt binnen de Wet maatschappelijke ondersteuning (Wmo). Wij willen een raamovereenkomst aangaan voor 4 jaar. De raamovereenkomst gaat in op 1 april 2027 en loopt tot en met 31 maart 2031. Daarna wordt de raamovereenkomst automatisch maximaal 2 keer met 1 jaar verlengd, onder dezelfde voorwaarden. Dat gebeurt niet als wij de raamovereenkomst uiterlijk zes maanden voor het einde van de looptijd of van een verlenging schriftelijk opzeggen. De maximale looptijd van de raamovereenkomst is daarmee tot en met 31 maart 2033. Het maximale bedrag van de raamovereenkomst is € 2.100.000 voor perceel 1, €550.000 voor perceel 2 en € 1.800.000 voor perceel 3, allemaal exclusief btw. Wanneer dit bedrag bereikt is, verloopt daarmee de raamovereenkomst. Ook als de einddatum nog niet bereikt is. Een raamovereenkomst biedt geen afnameverplichting. |
