Description | The contractor is to provide all designs , labor , materials , equipment , incidentals and Local , State and County Building Permits necessary for the removal of the existing Hypalon roofing system and installation of a new EPDM roofing membrane on the Wolf Point Headquarters building per the specifications listed herein and attached Section 07 5323 Ethylene - Propylene - Diene - Monomer Roofing ( EPDM ). The roof area is approximately 12 , 203 Sq . Ft . Two ( 2 ) antennas are to be removed . No additional insulation , as it is addressed through attic insulation . Existing roof assembly layers and thickness are Hypalon membrane , 2 - 2 ” layers of foam board , and 1 ’ X6 ” fir attached to metal framework . Addition of four turbine style roof vents is intended to control moisture . Chimney needs to be removed to below existing roof deck , not interior demo ... |
